Viagénie has deployed an experimental NTP server supporting IPv6-only queries. This server will allow anyone connected to the 6bone to synchronize their system clock with a primary NTP server using the IPv6 protocol.

This work is part of a project partly funded by Canarie , and the server is on the CA*net3 network . Viagénie's team is using a FreeBSD 4.3 RELEASE IPv6-ready operating system for this service.
