Canarie'S ANAST program grants funds to Viagénie to rebuild
the engineering information site. This site had been maintained
by AT&T during the last years. It had been known as the
Directory and database services
by Internic (ds.internic.net).
Viagénie will improve the interface and the research capabilities
based on a database that contains all the IETF standard documents.
Moreover, Viagénie will also work on a new document distribution
technology on the Internet. This new technology, based on
Internet2 DSI, will improve the actual caches and Web mirrors.
